Sensei Mark Nind is a fully qualified Instructor with full membership and insurance under the BMABA. Mark is fully (enhanced) DBS cleared and is the Lead Safeguarding Instructor at Kaizen-Kan. His classes are fully insured in all aspects within each syllabus.
Within our classes at Kaizen-Kan we maintain an elevated level of health and safety, wellbeing, and safeguarding, always following guidelines and rules. All students have a duty of care to each other and should always be polite and courteous to the Sensei and fellow students.

All students are expected to:

• Be honest and respectful.

• Practice in true Budo spirit.

• Ensure their Keiko-Gi (clothing) is clean, tidy, and well presented.

The Sensei reserves the right to refuse any student access to training sessions, and/or membership to the Dojo. Any student acting disrespectfully to the Sensei, fellow students and/or conducting inappropriate behaviour which may harm the reputation and integrity of the Dojo and/or fellow students, or to cause harm or distress to fellow students and the wider public will likely result in expulsion from the Dojo, and possibly the higher organisations. Bad behaviour will not be tolerated.
